We’re The Sullivans…
Hey friend! Welcome to our little home here on the internet! I’m so happy you’re here!
You might know us, you might recognize us but there’s also a good chance you have no idea who we are or what we do…
That’s what this blog post is for! I wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves so you know who we are and who you’re hangin’ out with. (the what we do will come on a separate blog post or you can check out our services page to learn more)

MEET STEPH
My name is Stephanie (you can call me Steph if you want) and that’s my husband John. We’re the proud owners of Columbia Welcome!
I’m the human behind the basket welcoming our new residents to town, the main face of the brand (John pops in and out), CEO, Chief Brand Officer, secretary, new resident experience coordinator, sponsor caretaker …simply put, I am all things Columbia Welcome!

Before owning Columbia Welcome, I was a full-time residential REALTOR® here in CoMO for about 4 years. Somewhere around year 3 of that journey, we bought Columbia Welcome.
Real Estate was getting busier for me and Columbia Welcome was starting to grow! - both great “problems” to have but after a couple family vacations with non-stop working for my Real Estate clients and constantly feeling like I didn’t have time to give to Columbia Welcome… my husband and I both knew something was off.
I’m SUPER passionate about Columbia Welcome - what it is, the mission behind it, being able to welcome new residents to this town I love, getting to know and work with local business owners.. everything. Since the beginning I’ve had a lot of ideas and a big vision for how this can grow and be a great resource for not only new residents but also our townies. And it’s all finally starting to happen and come to life!
With that being said, I decided to step back from my career in Real Estate in 2021. I wanted to focus my time and energy on what I found myself to be truly passionate about and that was running + growing Columbia Welcome.

MEET JOHN
That guy in the picture… that’s my husband - John! He’s the best! Always supporting me and my crazy ideas, supporting the business + new ideas for growth, helping me think through processes on the backend of things, etc.
He’s more of a behind the scenes guy around here but you’ll see his face pop-up here and there! And if you’re a new resident, you might get lucky and see him at your welcome visit!
He has a full-time job so he’s obviously busy with that but he loves to help out around here + join me for welcome visits as much and as often as he can!
John LOVES chatting with our new residents! Especially when it comes to local trails, parks, nature areas…. ya know, all the outdoors stuff. That’s his jam!

I know this post was a little bit longer than the standard but I want you to know who we are and who you’re hanging out with when you’re here or on our social media pages. So thanks for sticking with us and getting to this point!
